[Remote] eDiscovery Senior Project Manager (Reveal)

This role involves managing project tasks, collaborating with legal teams, and providing mentorship to junior staff to ensure successful project outcomes.ResponsibilitiesServe as a point of escalation for junior members of the teamProvide training and supervision for junior team membersMotivate to create an environment where employees thriveManage and plan project resourcesIdentify and facilitate growth opportunities for colleaguesIdentify areas of operational risk and implement strategies to mitigate such risk for your clientsParticipates in strategic client meetings (quarterly meetings; in person meetings, etc.) & oversee client level reportingInitiate and participate in business development opportunities with GROInitiate and provide guidance to junior PMs regarding building of client relationshipsProvide end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contactProvide expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverablesCreate and maintain project schedules and reporting, including defining activities, sequence of events, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirementsDevelop and manage relationships with internal teamsDefine, articulate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverablesPlan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverablesServe as an expert on Consilio's review platforms and proprietary offeringsForecast, track and manage project budgetsSuccessfully oversee and consult on multiple, concurrent complex projectsGenerate and distribute reporting metrics and other identified KPI's as needed for each projectDevelop strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative serviceSkillsBA/BS degree or minimum 5 years in the litigation support / legal industryDemonstrable experience of ‘Leadership Responsibilities'5 years experience using Reveal and Relativity platform, or equivalent eDiscovery toolsWillingness to travelDemonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraintsDemonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfactionDemonstrated experience coordinating project work and resources with global resourcesA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needsThe ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectivelyAvailable for a flexible schedule driven by client requirements that will periodically exceed a standard 40 hour work week depending on project needsStrong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project managersCompany OverviewConsilio stands as the global leader in eDiscovery, document review, flexible legal talent, and legal advisory & transformation consulting services.
