The eDiscovery Project Manager will assist in executing Antitrust projects and oversee their full life cycle, ensuring quality and adherence to client specifications.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of Antitrust related projects, such as HSR Filings, Second Requests and related proceedings before the CBC, EC, CMA, etcOversee full life cycle of Antitrust projects, from collections through processing, review and production to various state, federal and international agencies, according to client parametersTrack delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in work scopeMonitor multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are metWork closely with production staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities set by the clientServe as a liaison between the production staff and the client during the life cycle of a projectDevelop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of actionEnsure jobs are completed according to client and industry standards and that job specifications and deadlines are metSkillsBachelor's or JD Degree or equivalent relevant experience; a strong technical background is helpfulMinimum of 2 years experience in litigation supportExperience with Relativity, IPRO, LAW PreDiscovery, Concordance, Summation or other review database applications is a mustWorking knowledge of operations, including document imaging, printing, coding, and electronic data processingKnowledge of MS Office applications requiredAvailable to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as neededAvailable by phone or email when out of the office as neededAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to work as part of a team and delegate tasks and responsibilitiesExcellent customer service skillsHigh-level problem solver with superior multi-tasking skillsKnowledge of SQL and/or Visual BasicRCA certificationBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401k matchingMembership to child-care providersOther TransPerksBirthday offCompany OverviewTransPerfect Connect is a leading provider of Global Contact Center services, and remote interpreting solutions including Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI), video remote interpretation, as well as multilingual email and chat support.
