[Remote] eDiscovery Data Analyst – Relativity & Microsoft Purview

They are seeking an eDiscovery Data Analyst to support legal data workflows across the full eDiscovery lifecycle, working closely with legal, compliance, and investigations teams to manage, analyze, and prepare data for internal investigations, litigation, and regulatory matters.ResponsibilitiesSupport legal holds and preservation workflows across Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systemsAssist with internal investigations, litigation, and regulatory matters by identifying, collecting, and preparing dataProcess and manipulate large datasets for eDiscovery, including filtering, deduplication, and data normalizationPerform search term analysis and inclusive data segregationSupport analytics workflows, including content grouping, clustering, and review prioritizationPrepare data for attorney review, including workspace setup, batching, and reportingSupport document review and production workflows, ensuring defensible and repeatable processesGenerate metrics and reporting related to data volumes, processing results, and review statusCollaborate with legal, IT, and compliance stakeholders to refine data strategies and workflowsSkills1–3 years of professional experience in Relativity or Microsoft Purview experienceStrong ability to work with large datasets and understand how data is structuredExperience analyzing, filtering, and preparing data for downstream useComfort working in legal or regulated environmentsAbility to explain data findings clearly to non‑technical audiencesStrong attention to detail and process disciplineAbility to manage multiple data requests and investigations at the same timeWillingness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows1-3 years of experience level in eDiscovery or legal data workflowsExperience supporting investigations, litigation, or compliance mattersBackground in data analysis, data science, analytics, or information governanceCompany OverviewEmpowering businesses of all sizes with access to bright talent for project solutions, staffing, and freelance expertise.
