[Remote] eCommerce Performance & Experimentation Analyst

TestEquity LLC is seeking a highly analytical and action-oriented eCommerce Performance Analyst to support growth across their digital portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of analytics data while translating insights into actionable opportunities that drive business impact.ResponsibilitiesDrive Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all eCommerce propertiesBuild, maintain, and optimize eCommerce funnels, dashboards, and reporting frameworksEnsure alignment between analytics data, business KPIs, and reporting toolsTroubleshoot tracking issues and partner with developers to resolve discrepancies and gaps in dataAnalyze end-to-end eCommerce funnel performance to identify trends, drop-off points, and opportunities for improvementTranslate data into clear, actionable insights that directly inform prioritization and roadmap decisionsProactively identify opportunities to improve conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and overall revenueDesign, support, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to validate optimization opportunitiesPartner closely with the Senior Director to support backlog prioritization with data-driven recommendationsDevelop and deliver regular reporting on site health, performance trends, and key metricsCommunicate insights, test results, and opportunity areas to cross-functional stakeholders including Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and TechnologyPresent findings in a clear, concise, and business-relevant way that drives actionCollaborate with product, UX, and development teams to define requirements for new features and optimizationsEnsure proper tracking and measurement plans are in place for all new capabilities and experimentsParticipate in QA to validate both functionality and data accuracySupport experimentation efforts end-to-end, including hypothesis development, test setup, validation, and results analysisGain hands-on experience in eCommerce growth strategy, experimentation, and digital product developmentExpand beyond analytics into optimization, testing, and product ownershipPlay a key role in shaping the customer experience and driving measurable revenue impactIndirectly and directly responsible for product qualityOther duties as assignedSkills3+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a strong focus on eCommerce performanceHands-on expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including implementation, troubleshooting, and funnel analysisStrong experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B testsStrong understanding of eCommerce metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue, funnel performance)Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendationsExperience working with developers and UX teams to implement tracking and site enhancementsStrong communication skills with the ability to present insights and test results to non-technical stakeholdersNaturally curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute beyond traditional analytics responsibilitiesCompany OverviewTestEquity is one of the industryβs largest authorized distributors of test & measurement solutions & production supplies.
