They are seeking an Ecommerce Designer & Email Marketing Manager who will build and customize Shopify themes and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring high-converting digital experiences for clients.ResponsibilitiesBuild, customize, and maintain Shopify themes from scratch and from design files — not just configure pre-built themesWrite clean, semantic HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and LiquidBuild custom sections and blocks on Online Store 2.0; work with metafields and metaobjectsTranslate Figma designs into responsive, mobile-first, pixel-accurate storefrontsOptimize site performance, page speed, and conversion across the e-commerce funnelManage app integrations and troubleshoot theme issuesBuild, optimize, and deploy campaigns and automated flows in KlaviyoDesign on-brand, responsive email templatesOwn list management, segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and KPI reportingDevelop email strategy tied to each client's revenue goals; build retention and LTV flowsPartner with creative, social, and account teams to deliver fully integrated campaignsIdentify opportunities to improve the client's digital experienceSkillsProven Shopify theme development experience — building and customizing themes, not just configuring themStrong HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and LiquidExperience building Online Store 2.0 sections, working with metafields, and translating Figma into codeA genuine eye for design and detail — able to produce polished, on-brand, responsive work2+ years of email or retention marketing experience — Klaviyo requiredExperience designing and coding responsive email templates1+ year of SMS marketing experienceExperience with DTC brands and ecommerceAbility to manage multiple client projects simultaneouslyA portfolio of Shopify builds and email workSEO fundamentals and Google AnalyticsExposure to paid media (paid search, paid social, display)Git / version controlBenefitsFull-time, remote, 35 hours per week.Company OverviewThe Concept Agency is your out-of-house marketing team.
