The eClose Support Administrator will ensure the success of Remote Online Notarization (RON) and eClose operations by providing administrative and technical support, monitoring project pipelines, and serving as the primary contact for vendor partners and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and technical support for eClose and RON processes to our network, partners, and customersMonitor the eClose pipeline from configuration to closing, utilizing tools like Snapdocs, Stavvy, and Encompass to ensure everything stays on trackLead eClose-related calls by setting agendas, capturing meeting notes, and assigning action items to keep projects moving forwardServe as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding eClose and RON, assisting sales teams, settlement agents, and leadershipCollaborate directly with vendor partners (such as Snapdocs, Stavvy, and ICE) to resolve technical issues and stay informed about system updatesSkills1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a knack for managing relationships with internal and external partnersExperience analyzing data and using digital tools to track progress and solve business problemsA commitment to providing high-quality, professional support to all stakeholders with a helpful and 'can-do' approachExcellent attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlesslyA basic understanding of business practices and a comfort level with virtual learning environmentsA proactive approach to researching information and making sound decisions to support the teamCompany OverviewAt Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, customer service is a way of life.
