Remote Early Childhood Educator & Family Support Specialist
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Early Childhood Educator & Family Support Specialist to join their innovative online learning platform. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to make a significant impact on young children's development from the comfort of your home office. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that fosters cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in preschool-aged children. This includes developing lesson plans, creating interactive activities, and assessing children's progress through various virtual methods.
A key component of this role involves providing comprehensive support and resources to families. You will conduct virtual parent-teacher conferences, offer guidance on home-based learning strategies, and connect families with community resources as needed. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, coupled with at least 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education. Experience with online or remote teaching is highly desirable. You should possess a deep understanding of child development theories and best practices in early learning. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage time effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical for success in this remote role.
