BJAK is building a proactive AI smart assistant for everyday users, and they are seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles. This hands-on role will involve sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records while providing a learning opportunity for someone early in their career.ResponsibilitiesSupport the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer supportSource candidates through a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreachScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communicationCoordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managersMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistencySupport recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiativesHelp keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at paceSkills0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skillsComfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systemsA proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedbackAbility to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliablyPrior recruiting experience is helpful but not requiredBenefitsLearn technical recruiting from the ground up in a small, high-bar team.Work closely with experienced recruiters, engineers, and hiring managers.Hands-on ownership and real responsibility from day one.Flat structure where initiative and execution matter more than titles.Clear growth path into Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialised technical hiring roles.Competitive compensation and meaningful career development.Company OverviewBjak is a technology company that develops an insurance comparison platform.
