The E-commerce Operations Analyst role is designed for recent graduates to support customer onboarding, integrations, and operational processes while learning to grow into Solution Architect roles.ResponsibilitiesAssist Solution Architects during customer onboarding projects by preparing documentation, test cases, and system configurationsSupport customers by answering basic operational or technical questions under supervisionDocument workflows, settings, and troubleshooting steps in tools like Asana, Zendesk, and HubSpotLearn how to configure and test integrations between e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok), ERPs (NetSuite, Acumatica), 3PLs, and marketplacesPerform data validation checks (orders, inventory, shipments) to ensure integrations work correctlyHelp monitor sync errors, escalations, and customer-reported issuesWork with SAs to track project tasks and deadlinesEscalate technical issues to Solution Architects or Support Engineers with clear documentationContribute to knowledge base articles and internal process documentationSkillsBasic understanding of APIs, data flows, or system integrations (no prior experience required, training provided)Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysisCuriosity about e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and operational processes like order management and inventoryStrong communication (verbal and written)Detail-oriented with good organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentEagerness to learn technical concepts and apply themProactive and resourceful.
