[Remote] Dynamics F&O QA Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DysrupIT is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) QA Lead to drive quality assurance strategy and execution across D365 F&O implementations. The QA Lead is responsible for ensuring end-to-end testing coverage across finance, supply chain, and operations modules, and for leading QA activities from system testing through UAT and go-live.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for Dynamics 365 F&O projects
ā¢ Define test approaches, test plans, scenarios, and test cases aligned with business requirements
ā¢ Oversee functional, integration, regression, data migration, and UAT testing
ā¢ Validate configurations, customizations, extensions, workflows, and integrations
ā¢ Coordinate defect management, including triage, prioritization, and resolution
ā¢ Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users
ā¢ Ensure data accuracy and integrity across finance and operations processes
ā¢ Provide QA status updates, metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders
ā¢ Support release readiness, cutover activities, and post-go-live validation
ā¢ Mentor and guide QA team members and testers
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience as a QA Lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX implementations
ā¢ Strong understanding of D365 F&O functional modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.)
ā¢ Experience testing customizations, extensions, and integrations
ā¢ Solid knowledge of end-to-end business processes in ERP environments
ā¢ Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools
ā¢ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
