Remote Due Diligence Underwriter/TPR exp required
Due Diligence Underwriter/TPR exp required. Perform credit and compliance review and testing on closed mortgage files. Ideal candidate has experience underwriting both AUS and Jumbo loans, proficiency in performing complex income analysis, and knowledge of mortgage industry regulatory requirements.
Requirements
ā¢ 5+ years' experience underwriting residential mortgage loans
ā¢ 3+ years of mortgage due diligence underwriting experience
ā¢ Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently, ask for assistance/escalate when needed
ā¢ Adapt to changing requirements and new processes
ā¢ Strong analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions based on objective-based facts
ā¢ Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office products
ā¢ Knowledge and experience with AUS reports, manual underwriting, and Agency Guidelines
ā¢ General knowledge of mortgage industry regulatory requirements
