[Remote] DTD - Project Manager III

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise program, responsible for planning, execution tracking, and coordination across multiple workstreams.ResponsibilitiesMaintain integrated project plans across data, governance, testing, change, and cutover workstreamsTrack milestones, dependencies, and critical path activitiesEnsure plans reflect approved scope and sequencingMonitor progress against scope, schedule, and deliverablesTrack workstream commitments and identify variancesDrive corrective actions and ensure timely deliveryManage RAID logs and escalate risks as neededIdentify cross-functional dependencies and bottlenecksLead mitigation planningEstablish reporting cadence and governance routinesDeliver status reports and dashboardsSupport leadership and steering meetings with clear updatesCoordinate across engineering, testing, and business teamsEnsure smooth handoffs between build, test, UAT, and cutoverAlign Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and stakeholdersTrack scope changes and assess impactsSupport structured change control processesEnsure updates are reflected in plans and reportingCoordinate readiness and go-live activitiesTrack stabilization efforts and post-launch progressMaintain project artifacts (plans, RAID logs, reports)Support audit readiness and ensure documentation accuracySkillsExperience delivering projects within food, agriculture, manufacturing, or supply chain environments strongly preferred4+ years of Project Management experience (5+ years preferred)Experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise projectsStrong project planning, scheduling, and execution skillsExperience with RAID management and stakeholder coordinationStrong communication skills across technical and business teamsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in structured, governance-driven programs preferredBenefitsBenefits are available to contract/temporary professionals, including medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan.Company OverviewRobert Half provides staffing, recruiting, finance, and accounting services.
