[Remote] DTC Operations & Fulfillment Specialist

They are seeking a Direct to Consumer Operations and Fulfillment Specialist to collaborate with internal teams and a 3PL warehouse, ensuring excellent service and accurate processes throughout the e-commerce post-purchase lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage 3PL scorecards and invoices, identifying trends and reporting findings to managementAnalyze carrier invoices and propose solutions and projects that eliminate assessorial fees and reduce costsManage the flow of outbound orders for eCommerce storefronts and verify that consumer SLAs are metFacilitating communication between internal and external teams, ensuring that SLAs are being met for all North American marketplaces, including AmazonDevelop and manage reliable inventory control reporting processes that include cycle counting, adjustments, inventory reconciliations and donationsPartner cross-functionally with planning teams and 3PL partners to manage and execute ongoing operational initiatives, including re-ops, kitting programs, and other continuous process improvement projectsAnalyze consumer feedback and report trends within fulfillment and shipping to managementPartner with consumer relations and warehouses to resolve order issues and customer service issuesSupport consumer returns processes, including warehouse performance and internal reporting maintenance and validationProcess credit card and return settlement errorsGather and manage carrier and product expenses for PR ordersTrack carrier time in transit from shipment to delivery on an ongoing basis, managing large data sets, and reporting findingsSkillsBachelor's degree required with preferred area of study in business, logistics, supply chain, operations or the equivalent2-3 years of analytical on the job experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including complex formulas, pivot tables, look-ups, data analysis, and managing large datasets; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook) also requiredExcellent organizational, problem solving, analysis, detail orientation, multi-tasking, and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsHigh degree of self-motivation and initiativeAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentPreferred area of study in business, logistics, supply chain, operations or the equivalentBenefitsMedical/Dental/Life/Vision401(k)Educational supportPaid Volunteerism programFitness club discountsOnsite health & wellness programsGenerous employee discountsA business casual work environmentA challenging work environmentExciting career growth opportunitiesCompany OverviewAt Jockey, caring and providing comfort is our responsibility.
