[Remote] Drupal Content Manager

They are seeking a Drupal Content Manager to support the SAMHSA Web Modernization and Support contract, focusing on day-to-day web content operations including content updates and quality checks.ResponsibilitiesCreate, edit, format, and publish web content in Drupal CMSSupport page updates, metadata entry, taxonomy tagging, and content quality reviewsAssist with content requests, publishing schedules, and website update trackingReview content for accuracy, formatting consistency, accessibility, and usabilitySupport high-priority content updates, campaigns, and digital initiativesCoordinate with content leads, developers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and project leadershipFollow established content workflows, governance processes, and standard operating proceduresSupport Section 508 accessibility checks and federal web content best practicesAssist with Jira ticket updates, status reporting, and content task trackingSkills2+ years of experience supporting website content management, preferably in Drupal or a similar CMSExperience creating, editing, formatting, and publishing web contentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established content standardsBasic understanding of web accessibility, Section 508, metadata, taxonomy, and content governanceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, or Agile delivery environments preferredMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceExperience supporting federal, health, public-sector, or large enterprise websitesFamiliarity with SAMHSA, HHS, or government communications environmentsExperience working with Drupal content types, menus, blocks, media libraries, and publishing workflowsKnowledge of plain language, usability, and web content best practicesExperience supporting accessibility reviews or content QABenefits15 days PTO including paid parental, military, and bereavement leaveEleven (11) paid Federal holidays, five of which are floating holidays (as designated by the company’s holiday schedule each year)Health and Dental Insurance (including 100% employer paid premiums for employee coverage under the HDHP health plan)Life Insurance, STD/LTD term disability coverage, with employer paid premiums401 (k) plan with a match that is 100% vested after you complete two years of serviceFSA/DFSA/HSA flexible benefit plansAnnual Tuition & Professional Development Reimbursement benefitCompany OverviewAlpha Omega delivers mission-focused solutions to ensure our nation’s continued global leadership.
