This role involves full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for field operations, partnering with hiring managers to deliver talent that drives business performance and growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptancePartner closely with hiring managers and regional leadership to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring prioritiesSource, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networksManage candidate pipelines to ensure consistent flow and readiness for hiring needsGather and synthesize interview feedback, consulting with hiring teams on selection decisions and next stepsDeliver a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience at every stage of the processEnsure all candidates receive communication and follow-up, regardless of outcomeAct as a trusted point of contact for candidates, setting expectations clearly and professionallyAccurately maintain candidate data and activity within the ATS and related systemsFollow standardized recruiting processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvementStay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate recruiting outcomesTake accountability for hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires within assigned business areasSupport hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives as neededContribute to a collaborative TA team environment focused on results, continuous improvement, and shared successSkillsHas served at least 180 days on active dutyIs within 180 days of separation or retirementReceived Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internshipStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partnersExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and professionalismHighly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCompany OverviewRenuity is a certified local home improvement providers throughout the U.S. It is a sub-organization of Titan Holdings.
