Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
ā¢ Architect and implement secure and scalable services and user interfaces
ā¢ Own EDI (X12) integrations and error handling processes
ā¢ Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams
ā¢ Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and PHI/PII standards
ā¢ Drive quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC best practices
ā¢ Coordinate onshore and offshore execution with clear documentation and delivery alignment
ā¢ Document technical designs, workflows, and operational runbooks
ā¢ Participate in technical governance, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
ā¢ 10+ years of overall software engineering experience
ā¢ 5+ years of full-stack development using .NET and React
ā¢ Strong experience with SQL Server database design and performance tuning
ā¢ Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns
ā¢ Strong EDI (X12/HIPAA) experience
ā¢ Deep understanding of the healthcare provider domain
ā¢ Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
ā¢ Strong communication and collaboration skills
ā¢ Full-stack application development using .NET, React, SQL, and APIs
ā¢ Designing and implementing secure, scalable backend services and front-end solutions
ā¢ EDI (X12) integrations including parsing, validation, mapping, acknowledgments, and reconciliation
ā¢ Working with healthcare provider data and workflows
ā¢ Cloud, containerization, and DevOps practices
ā¢ Coordinating work across distributed teams
