Responsibilities
⢠Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
⢠Architect and implement secure and scalable services and user interfaces
⢠Own EDI (X12) integrations and error handling processes
⢠Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams
⢠Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and PHI/PII standards
⢠Drive quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC best practices
⢠Coordinate onshore and offshore execution with clear documentation and delivery alignment
⢠Document technical designs, workflows, and operational runbooks
⢠Participate in technical governance, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
⢠10+ years of overall software engineering experience
⢠5+ years of full-stack development using .NET and React
⢠Strong experience with SQL Server database design and performance tuning
⢠Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns
⢠Strong EDI (X12/HIPAA) experience
⢠Deep understanding of the healthcare provider domain
⢠Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
⢠Strong communication and collaboration skills
⢠Full-stack application development using .NET, React, SQL, and APIs
⢠Designing and implementing secure, scalable backend services and front-end solutions
⢠EDI (X12) integrations including parsing, validation, mapping, acknowledgments, and reconciliation
⢠Working with healthcare provider data and workflows
⢠Cloud, containerization, and DevOps practices
⢠Coordinating work across distributed teams
⢠Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
