They are seeking a DoD Account Executive to support a rapidly growing organization focused on AI and data solutions for federal and defense environments, tasked with navigating complex federal sales cycles and expanding the organization's footprint across key agencies.ResponsibilitiesOwn the Full Sales LifecycleLead opportunities from early-stage identification through contract execution—managing pipeline health, forecasting, and deal progression to consistently meet or exceed revenue targetsDevelop Strategic AccountsBuild and execute targeted account strategies across key defense and federal civilian organizations, identifying high-value opportunities and expanding relationships within complex agenciesEngage Mission-Focused StakeholdersEstablish credibility with senior leaders, operators, and technical teams by understanding mission priorities and positioning solutions that deliver measurable operational impactDrive Solution-Based SellingAct as a trusted advisor by connecting advanced AI and data capabilities to real-world defense applications such as:Asset readiness and sustainment across air, land, and maritime systemsLogistics optimization and supply chain visibilityOperational planning and mission availabilityMedical readiness and personnel performanceCollaborate Across TeamsPartner with pre-sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals, demonstrations, and responses to RFI/RFP opportunitiesNavigate the Federal LandscapeMaintain a strong understanding of government procurement processes, contract vehicles, and evolving market dynamics to effectively position solutionsSkills5+ years of success in a quota-carrying role selling into federal agencies, with a strong emphasis on Department of Defense environmentsExperience selling enterprise software, AI/ML platforms, data analytics tools, or similarly complex technology solutionsProven ability to build and execute account plans, manage long sales cycles, and influence multiple stakeholdersExceptional ability to present complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesComfort operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while collaborating across teamsDirect experience selling into DoD mission areas—including the U.S. Air Force, Navy, National Security (NATSEC), or Joint Combatant CommandsEstablished relationships within defense logistics, sustainment, or readiness communitiesFamiliarity with federal acquisition processes and contract vehiclesExperience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDPIC, or ChallengerActive security clearance or eligibility to obtain oneBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceBenefitsCompetitive base salary aligned with experience.Performance-based commission structure (targeted 50/50 split).Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision).Equity participation opportunities.401(k) retirement plan.Flexible paid time off and holiday schedule.Remote work flexibility with optional travel as needed.Company OverviewThe Talent Partners for the AI Revolution.
