[Remote] Division Finance Manager (DFM)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Division Finance Manager (DFM) to support their Midwest-based operating group, Team Fusion. The DFM will partner with divisional operations leaders to drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and lead financial management for clinics with significant revenue.ResponsibilitiesMonthly financial/operations reviews - Explains key drivers behind financial performance. Presents analysis, insight and action to group’s leadership teamBudgeting - annual bottoms-up build for labor and controllable cost itemsJoint Venture Reporting - formal quarterly reviews with physician partners on financial performance of joint venture facilitiesSpecial Projects - in partnership with Group Finance Director and Division Vice Presidents, identify opportunities for operational improvementNew Clinics - build models, assess projects and pitch all potential new and acquired clinicsGrowth strategy sessions - partner with Division Vice Presidents to analyze, review and recommend overall divisional growth strategyForecasting - lead the bottoms-up build of 3-year operating planAs the CFO of your division, you will be expected to interpret data, develop solutions, and effectively communicate your recommendations to senior leadershipYou will be expected to drive accountability to action plans committed by Divisional Vice PresidentsYou will be required to coach non-finance oriented TMs on how to use Excel tools and manage a P&LSkillsBachelor's DegreeMust reside in one of the following states: IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, TN, or WIStrong alignment with our Mission and ValuesExpert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required; intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to travel up to 10%Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/FinanceDemonstrated track record of presenting to executive leadershipHealthcare industry background a plusExperience implementing AI workflowsExpert level computer skills and proficiency in finance/accounting systems like Essbase, MS excel, word, outlook and power point requiredBenefits401k matchHealthcare coverageA broad range of other benefitsCompany OverviewDaVita means “to give life,” reflecting our proud history as leaders in dialysis—an essential, life-sustaining treatment for those living with end stage kidney disease (ESKD).
