[Remote] Division Director of Business Development

The Division Director of Business Development is responsible for leading and developing a team of Directors, driving performance, and cultivating relationships to attract business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop a Division of Business Development DirectorsHire and retain top-level talent within assigned DivisionReviews facility reports, including daily census, weekly admissions, productivity, monthly Business Development report, quarterly plans, etc. and supports team in strategic planningConducts pre-scheduled and agenda-driven facility site visits when needed and prepares detailed site visit reportsConduct training for Directors of Business Development and Business Development Representatives when neededServe as a resource and point of guidance to others in leadership positionsHelp Director’s identify decision makers in the target markets and reach out to establish relationships within the behavioral healthcare communityServe as an escalation point for the Directors of Business Development on high level facility or customer issuesAttend and participate in facility marketing meetings as neededEnsure all administrative duties are complete, timely and documented; including managing team budget, activities, performance and communicationAssist and collaborate with Division CEO with all reporting related to Business DevelopmentAttend all Corporate meetings/trainings as assignedRemain current on behavioral healthcare industry developments and assigned states regulationsPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in relevant fieldProven ability to build relationships, lead, manage and drive business results through othersAdvanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of office administration procedures with the ability to operate most standard office equipmentAbility to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentialityExcellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and externalExercises sound judgment in responding to needs of their team, removing obstacles from their pathSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detailMust be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames.
