[Remote] Dispatcher/Service Technician – Compactor & Baler (service tech exp. req.) Description
Our client in the waste and recycling industry is looking for a Remote Service Technician to add to their team in the US. This is not a field service role. Instead, you will work from your home office processing and managing work orders for their commercial client’s compactors and balers. With clients across the US, you will perform technical troubleshooting (remotely) while working with their third-party technicians to dispatch them to client sites for onsite service as needed. This would be a perfect match for a compactor and baler field technician who is looking for an opportunity to get out of the field while still leveraging the depth of their technical knowledge. This is a fast-paced environment where you will act as a bridge between customers and vendors. • Resolve customer complaints and expedite solutions
• Update client systems with photos and notes
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Record call details and update accounts
