As a growing business, they aim to create a culture of excellence, reliability, and compassion while driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.The Dispatcher/Customer Care Coordinator is a critical role that keeps their daily operations running smoothly. This person will be the central point for scheduling appointments, routing vans efficiently, managing incoming leads, and ensuring strong communication with both customers and groomers.
