Responsibilities
ā¢ Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries.
ā¢ Utilize Transportation Management Strategy.
ā¢ Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of shipments and deliveries.
ā¢ Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders via phone systems to relay instructions and updates.
ā¢ Monitor fleet performance and address any issues that arise during transportation operations.
ā¢ Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
ā¢ Analyze transportation data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
ā¢ Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
ā¢ Familiarity with supply chain processes and fleet management practices.
ā¢ Knowledge of transportation management systems is advantageous.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
ā¢ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
ā¢ Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role is a plus.
