Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will utilize various transportation management systems and data entry tools to facilitate operations effectively. Responsibilities β’ Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries. β’ Utilize Transportation Management Strategy. β’ Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of shipments and deliveries. β’ Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders via phone systems to relay instructions and updates. β’ Monitor fleet performance and address any issues that arise during transportation operations. β’ Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless logistics operations. β’ Analyze transportation data to identify trends and improve efficiency. Qualifications β’ Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail. β’ Familiarity with supply chain processes and fleet management practices. β’ Knowledge of transportation management systems is advantageous. β’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders. β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment. β’ Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role is a plus.
