This role involves leading a team of Solution Sellers, defining go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth through collaboration with internal teams and clients.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Sellers focused on AIM XR, POCN, and Email engagement solutions for Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and other customer segmentsDefine and optimize the go-to-market strategy for Small, EBP, and Other Pharma segments, incorporating market insights and client feedbackPartner closely with product, analytics, and delivery teams to shape solution enhancements and segment-specific offeringsServe as a strategic advisor to pharma brand, marketing, and commercial teams, translating their objectives into actionable solution strategiesBuild collaborative, trust-based relationships with clients to co-create engagement approaches, refine best practices, and drive long-term valueNavigate complex pharma organizational structures to identify, engage, and influence key decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholdersDrive revenue growth across the Digital portfolio, with a focus on omnichannel execution, optimization, and measurementCollaborate deeply across matrixed internal teams to ensure integrated, seamless deliveryMaintain a strong understanding of the evolving digital, HCP-engagement, and data landscapesRepresent IQVIA Digital at client leadership meetings and industry events to elevate visibility and shape market perspectivesFoster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvementSkillsTo be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is locatedUS Remote with approximately 15-20% domestic travel requiredBachelor's degree required8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, digital marketing, or data‑driven healthcare solutionsStrong understanding of pharma customer segments—particularly Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and non‑Top 50 organizationsDemonstrated success in shaping strategy, influencing solution design, or leading cross‑functional collaborationExperience selling or deploying digital engagement, audience targeting, or advanced analytics solutionsProven ability to lead and develop a high‑performing commercial teamExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to translate customer and market needs into scalable solution approachesBenefitsDependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Company OverviewIQVIA provides analytics, compliance, and management solutions to the life sciences industry.
