This position involves driving new business development, managing customer success, and expanding strategic client relationships across the US market.ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition and expand strategic client relationships across the US marketLead end-to-end sales cycles for Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, BI, and Data Engineering service offeringsDevelop and execute GTM strategies in collaboration with leadership teamsBuild partnerships and alliances to support revenue growth initiativesManage customer success and long-term account growthTravel across the US for client meetings, business development, and relationship managementSkills10–16 years of experience in technology consulting/services salesStrong experience selling Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, or Data Engineering solutions/servicesProven track record in: New business development, New logo acquisition, Enterprise sales and strategic account managementExperience working with executive stakeholders and CXO-level decision makersStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience with partner/co-selling ecosystems such as Microsoft, Databricks, etcConsulting or IT Services industry experience highly preferredTechnical sales exposure in BI, AI/ML, GenAI, or Cloud technologiesRelevant certifications in AI, GenAI, Cloud, or Analytics are a plusCompany OverviewALOIS Solutions is a rapidly expanding Talent and Technology Solutions company.
