[Remote] Director, Sales

The Director of Sales is responsible for building relationships with new clients and resellers, developing charter service offerings, and increasing company revenue through proactive sales strategies.ResponsibilitiesCall on new potential accounts, set client visits, educate, and inform third party resellers on PJS products and services – Membership, Total Flight Management (TFM), Corporate Shuttle, VIP, and commercial configured airliners, executive jetsIdentify new markets for Corporate Shuttles - M&A, dropped commercial flight options, etcDiscover and cultivate new qualified sales prospects and convert pre-qualified leads in several databases to new clientsCreate proposals, quotes, bids, and provide information to ultimately win and attain trip contractsRepresent the company at tradeshows; follow up on new sales leads generated from the same and greet new or existing accounts to maintain relationships, when appropriateSkillsWell organized and capable of aggressively pursuing a strategy of inside and outside sales initiativesAbility to manage a varied list of demanding high-end clientsA high degree of confidentiality and discretionAbility to act as an ambassador of the PJS brand to help grow company cultureExcellent written and verbal communicationProficient in Microsoft Office/Google productsBachelor's Degree in related fieldU.S. work authorization is a precondition of employment.
