In this strategic role, you will partner with GTM leadership to drive planning and operational excellence across various departments, while owning key processes like annual planning and compensation strategy.ResponsibilitiesPartner with GTM and executive leadership to drive annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and organizational capacity planningDesign, administer, and optimize compensation plans, incentive programs, and SPIFs that align with company objectives and drive performanceOwn revenue performance reporting, delivering actionable insights on pipeline, bookings, attainment, productivity, retention, and growth metricsSupport forecasting processes and provide analytical recommendations that improve decision-making and business outcomesLead key operating cadences including forecast reviews, business reviews, and performance management processesServe as the primary liaison between GTM stakeholders and Systems/Engineering teams, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutionsPartner with the systems team to ensure GTM processes, reporting, and workflows are effectively supported by the company's technology stackOversee commission operations, ensuring accurate and timely calculations, payouts, governance, and reportingManage and develop a Revenue Operations team member focused on commissions administration and operational executionAct as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders, using data, analysis, and business judgment to identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and scalabilitySkills7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or a related analytical functionExperience supporting high-growth SaaS or technology companies, preferably in the $25M–$150M ARR rangeDeep expertise in territory design, quota setting, compensation planning, incentive programs, forecasting, and revenue performance managementStrong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendationsExceptional communication, presentation, and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate decision-making, and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendationsExperience building executive-level reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and decision-support analysesProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teamsExperience partnering with Salesforce administrators, CRM engineering teams, or business systems teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneouslyExperience managing and developing team members in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business, finance, or analytical background preferredBenefitsFree healthcare, including vision and dentalGenerous 401k matchFlexible PTOPaid family leaveSnappy Summer Fridays (which we enjoy year-round!)Snappy gifts for employee recognition and appreciationCompany OverviewSnappy is an all-in-one gifting and swag platform driving engagement, retention, and growth with scalable, personalized experiences.
