[Remote] Director, Revenue Operations

They are hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to lead commercial planning, optimize sales processes, and drive operational excellence across revenue-generating teams.ResponsibilitiesCommercial Planning: Lead annual planning cycles including customer segmentation, sales headcount modeling, territory design, quota allocation, and compensation strategyStrategic Sales Enablement: Partner with business and sales leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable sales initiativesCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) and Data Integrity: Ensure high-quality and governance across Salesforce (SFDC), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and other commercial platformsPerformance Analytics: Build and manage dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue metricsProcess Optimization: Standardize and improve workflows across the commercial organization to drive efficiency and effective sales executionExecutive Reporting: Develop and co-lead executive-level business reviews presentations and performance updatesSkillsBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field of studyMinimum of five (5) years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, business operations, and/or sales leadershipProficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ); and Excel-based analyticsStrong data analysis and reporting capabilitiesExcellent communication and executive presentation abilitiesProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholdersStrategic thinking and problem-solving mindsetRobust project management skillsWorking knowledge of Business Intelligence toolsStrong experience in sales planning and revenue modeling, including headcount, territories, quotas, and compensationMaster's degree (MBA or related field)Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience in B2B project-based industries (e.g., building technologies, security systems, HVAC, Fire Suppression, Elevator)BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insuranceEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
