They are seeking a highly effective Director of Revenue Accounting to lead global revenue operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability in a fast-paced SaaS environment.ResponsibilitiesLead the monthly global revenue close process in accordance with ASC 606 and SOX controlsEnsure all revenue results are complete, accurate, and delivered on time in line with close deadlinesOwn all aspects of global revenue recognition accounting, including complex arrangementsMaintain a disciplined close process and minimize risk across reporting periodsPartner with external auditors to ensure clean interim and year-end auditsLead and enhance the contract review processEvaluate non-standard terms and their revenue impactPartner with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk on revenue implicationsEnhance analytical review procedures across revenue, AR, and contract balancesEnsure accuracy through strong validation processesOwn and enforce SOX internal controls globallyPartner with FP&A on forecastingBridge ARR to GAAP revenue and explain variancesCollaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, Legal, and Systems teamsLead and develop a team of 6 revenue accounting professionalsBuild a high-performance, team-first cultureScale the team with business growthDrive process improvements and scalabilitySupport quote-to-cash systemsLeverage automation and AI for efficiencySkills10–15+ years in revenue or technical accounting with ASC 606 expertiseExperience leading global revenue close in SaaS/techStrong SOX and internal controls knowledgeFP&A partnership experienceProven leadership and execution mindsetExperience with quote-to-cash systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora)Strong communication skillsCompany OverviewKaseya is an IT and security management platform that offers remote management software for the information technology industry.
