[Remote] Director- Project Finance Advisory

Gridlines is a young, entrepreneurial financial advisory and financial modelling firm focused on project finance, M&A, and bid support, particularly in energy transition projects. The role offers a unique opportunity to manage deals in a dynamic environment, requiring hands-on involvement in financial modelling and deal execution across various verticals, including renewables and digital.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Modelling and Execution: Hands-on involvement in financial modelling and deal execution
ā¢ Exposure: Work across various verticals, including renewables, digital, and data centres
ā¢ Deal and client management: autonomously manage clients and progress projects from origination to execution
ā¢ Collaboration: Reports directly to the Head of Infrastructure Finance
Skills
ā¢ Around 10 years of experience, with a focus on Infrastructure and Renewables
ā¢ Proficiency in French and/or Spanish
ā¢ Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to reach out to new prospects and originate dealflow
ā¢ Experience as a Junior Director/Associate Director ready to take on more responsibility
ā¢ Experience in financial modelling and deal execution
ā¢ Experience working across various verticals, including renewables, digital, and data centres
