They are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Product Operations to build and scale operational excellence across the product organization, driving cross-functional alignment and optimizing product development processes.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and leading the Product Operations function to support product strategy, planning, execution, and measurementEstablishing scalable processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and MarketingDriving product portfolio planning, roadmap governance, prioritization frameworks, and quarterly business reviewsBuilding reporting systems and dashboards to track product performance, delivery metrics, customer outcomes, and operational KPIsPartnering with Product leadership to improve decision-making through data analysis, insights, and business intelligenceOptimizing product development lifecycle processes including intake, prioritization, release management, and post-launch reviewsLeading tooling and systems strategy for product management platforms, workflows, and documentation standardsFacilitating cross-functional communication and alignment to ensure organizational transparency and execution consistencyIdentifying operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives across teamsSupporting strategic initiatives including organizational scaling, change management, and process transformationManaging and mentoring Product Operations team members and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvementSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or related functions3+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teamsStrong understanding of product development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Lean practicesProven experience implementing operational processes and scaling cross-functional organizationsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data visualization and reporting toolsExcellent communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skillsExperience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Aha!, Productboard, Confluence, Asana, or similar platformsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting SaaS, technology, or digital product organizationsFamiliarity with OKRs, product analytics, and customer feedback systemsExperience leading organizational change initiatives or PMO transformationsStrong financial, forecasting, and resource planning capabilitiesHealthcare Technology and/or Technology experienceProven track record in influencing decisions, surface risks, and driving alignment across competing prioritiesAbility to scale in a high-growth environmentBenefitsAvaility is a certified “Great Place to Work”!
