They are seeking a strategic Director of Product Marketing to define go-to-market strategies, drive product positioning, and enhance customer engagement through compelling storytelling and market insights.ResponsibilitiesLeading the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for products and solutionsPartnering cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive alignment and business impactConducting market, buyer, and competitive research to inform strategy, positioning, and growth opportunitiesDefining clear, differentiated positioning, messaging, and storytelling that resonates with target audiencesPlanning and supporting product launches, including communications, enablement, and cross-functional coordinationCreating and guiding content that supports the buyer journey, sales conversations, and market awarenessPartnering with demand generation and account-based marketing teams to drive pipeline and campaign effectivenessEnabling sales and partner teams with tools, training, and content that strengthen customer engagementUsing data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, scale programs, and increase marketing effectivenessLeading team performance, prioritize resources, and drive measurable outcomes across product marketing initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred10+ years of B2B technology or healthcare technology marketing experience, with at least 5 years in marketing leadership or management rolesProven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue impactStrong experience in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launches, market research, competitive intelligence, and sales enablementAbility to translate complex products and market insights into clear, compelling narratives for buyers, customers, and internal stakeholdersDemonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, engineering, and demand generation teamsStrong analytical skills with experience using data, KPIs, and market insights to guide strategy and measure performanceFamiliarity with AI-enabled tools, marketing technology, analytics platforms, CRM, and automation tools to improve decision-making and scale impactExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and serve as a compelling storytellerExperience leading teams, managing budgets, and developing talent in a fast-paced, evolving environmentProven track-record in helping an established company stand out more boldly and credibly in the marketStrong healthcare technology or B2B technology experienceDemonstrated success modernizing product marketing through AI, automation, and dataBenefitsAvaility is a certified “Great Place to Work”!
