in Product Management, Product Leadership, Consulting, or Healthcare Technology leadership rolesProven experience leading enterprise SaaS products, product organizations, and large-scale platform initiativesDeep expertise in U.S. healthcare payer domain including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, ACA, Claims, Benefits, Provider, and Authorization workflowsStrong understanding of healthcare payer operations, interoperability, utilization management, and claims adjudication workflowsExperience driving digital transformation, AI-enabled product innovation, or workflow automation initiativesStrong business acumen with experience owning product growth metrics and strategic business outcomesExperience working with cloud platforms and modern enterprise architecture (preferably Microsoft Azure)Excellent executive presence, communication, storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead through ambiguity
