[Remote] Director, Product Education & Learning Programs

This role is responsible for the strategy, creation, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs that ensure successful product adoption and implementation for customers and partners.ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the strategy for customer and partner learning and enablement programs, ensuring alignment with product roadmap, go-to-market priorities, and customer success objectivesOversee the full lifecycle of customer- and partner-facing learning programs, including curriculum design and development, certification pathways, and ongoing updatesEnsure training programs are embedded into product release cycles, enabling timely and effective customer and partner readiness for new and enhanced capabilitiesLead the design and execution of scalable training delivery models, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences and bootcampsOwn partner learning programs, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to successfully implement, support, and extend product valueEstablish and manage program operations, including planning, scheduling, governance, and delivery coordination across global audiencesWorking with finance, manage the commercial model associated with our customer and partner related training offeringsWork directly with Product teams to translate product functionality and roadmap changes into effective learning content and deliveryCollaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Customer Success and Support teams, and Partner teams to ensure learning programs support adoption, implementation success, and customer outcomesDefine and track key performance indicators such as adoption, engagement, completion, and effectiveness; use insights to continuously improve programsPrepare and present program updates to senior leadership, including performance, impact, risks, and opportunitiesOversee the management of external vendors, contractors, and platform partners as needed to support scalable program deliverySkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; or related relevant experience10+ years of experience leading customer- and partner-facing learning programs, training functions, or similar roles within a SaaS or technology environment5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a track record of delivering scalable programs and driving operational excellenceProven experience designing and delivering large-scale learning programs that drive product adoption and implementation successAn SME who understands how to create and deliver best in class content while managing the business financials to support itAn exceptional collaborator – experience working as part of a Product organization to seamlessly deliver as part of the Product FactoryStrong understanding of product development lifecycles and experience aligning learning programs to product releases and roadmap evolutionExperience building and managing partner learning including certification programsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner organizationsStrong operational leadership skills, with experience managing complex program delivery, scheduling, and global executionExperience leading and developing high-performing teams across content, delivery, and program operationsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to measure program effectiveness and translate insights into improvementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignmentExperience with learning platforms, content management systems, and scalable delivery technologiesAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment while balancing strategic priorities and operational executionBenefitsFlexible vacation and Kinaxis Days (company-wide days off)Flexible work optionsPhysical and mental well-being programsRegularly scheduled virtual fitness classesMentorship programs, training, and career developmentRecognition programs and referral rewardsHackathonsCompany OverviewKinaxis is a leading provider of cloud-based subscription software.
