They are seeking a strategic leader to drive engagement with the legal community, promoting their flagship product, CareGuard, and establishing partnerships with plaintiff attorneys and legal organizations.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage national relationships with plaintiff attorneys and legal advocacy groupsRepresent Ametros at legal conferences, panels, and industry eventsDevelop co-marketing and referral programs with law firms and legal influencersDefine and execute the go-to-market strategy for the legal verticalCollaborate with BDMs to support complex case strategy and objection handlingCreate legal-specific sales enablement materials, training, and messagingPosition Ametros as a trusted partner in liability settlements through speaking engagements, publications, and webinarsEducate attorneys on the value of CareGuard in preserving benefits and resolving cases efficientlyPartner with SAE’s and BDM’s to tailor solutions for legal stakeholdersProvide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketingWork with regulatory team to ensure consistent feedbackTrack engagement metrics, referral volume, and conversion rates from legal sourcesSupport quarterly Rocks and Metrics tied to legal market expansion and revenue growthSkillsEstablished network within the work comp legal community and experience in marketing to verticalProven ability to establish relationships that drive business resultsDeep understanding of work comp legal community and the settlement processAbility to manage relationships with attorney associations and leverage field sales to achieve optimal resultsVisionary to understand Ametros sales team functions to improve legal verticalH.S.
