They are seeking a passionate and results-driven Regional Sales Director for Financial Services to achieve sales targets and drive team success in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales targets by efficiently executing Creatio's go-to-market strategyDrive the team's success by hiring and developing top talent to foster growth and high performanceExecute a repeatable cadence of business development activitiesActively participate in deals and partner engagementsManage deals with a hands-on approach and direct participation in sales opportunitiesAchieve the assigned sales target for the teamDevelop a pipeline by launching sales-driven lead generation initiativesManage key sales conversionsAccurately maintain sales forecastInstall a sense of urgency in the teamEffectively implement changes and innovationsDevelop and execute strong and creative sales strategiesDirectly participate in sales. Build long-lasting C/VP-level relationships with clientsEngage and develop the channel partnersExceptionally deliver sales presentations and demonstrationsRegular reporting to the leadership on the achievement of targetsBring and enable talented individuals to the teamEffectively manage the team, and enable the staff to deliver world-class resultsDevelop a high-performance culture focused on success, ownership, loyalty, and growthBuild trust, coach, and care for your team, to boost performance and relationshipsProve insightful and timely feedback to address underperformance and aid in talent developmentEffectively work with in-office and remote teams globally.
