This leadership role involves driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic plans to enhance market share in the electrical and construction markets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement annual and long-range sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue, margin, and market-share targets for the Electrical DivisionRecruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of regional sales managers, territory managers, and inside sales support. Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development. Supports, coaches, and develops the sales teamIdentify and penetrate new market segments (commercial, residential, industrial, and OEM). Build and maintain strategic relationships with top electrical distributors, contractors, and specifying engineersCollaborate with marketing and product management to launch new products and position RectorSeal as the preferred partner in the electrical trades. Identify product needs for customers and communicate needs to product marketingOwn accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
