[Remote] Director of Revenue Operations, Systems & Automation

The Director of Revenue Operations will own the systems, data, and workflows that power the company's Go-To-Market engine, working closely with various teams to enhance performance and drive business initiatives forward.ResponsibilitiesOwn the GTM technology strategy across Sales, Outreach, Admissions, and PartnershipsEvaluate, implement, and optimize tools to streamline workflows and improve GTM performance (e.g., CRM enhancements, AI tools and automation platforms)Drive tool adoption, enablement, and ROI measurement across GTM teamsOwn the data infrastructure supporting GTM performance reportingPartner with Analytics and Engineering to ensure clean, reliable, and well-modeled GTM dataDefine and maintain standard GTM metrics, dashboards, and reporting logicServe as the primary GTM partner to Salesforce EngineeringTranslate GTM workflow needs into clear technical requirements and prioritizationWork cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Design to ship scalable GTM workflow improvementsEstablish intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for RevOps initiativesBalance speed, scalability, and system integrity across GTM systems and workflowsSkills7–10+ years of experience, ideally including:Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, GTM Operations, or Business Operations rolesHands-on ownership of CRM systems (Salesforce), GTM tooling, and workflow automationExperience partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teamsExperience building and maintaining GTM reporting and data infrastructureStrong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Growth Strategy, and Marketing teamsHighly proficient in Excel / Google SheetsWorking knowledge of SQL and data modeling conceptsExperience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Hex)Proven ability to lead through influence across highly cross-functional teams2+ years of people management experience preferredBenefitsComprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employeesPerformance bonusStock optionsOther Charlie Health-sponsored benefitsCompany OverviewVirtual behavioral health clinic for high acuity youth It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
