[Remote] Director of Revenue Operations

The Director of Revenue Operations will build and scale the operational backbone of the company's go-to-market engine, aligning various teams to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOwn revenue forecasting, pipeline modeling, and scenario planningEstablish KPI frameworks across the full funnel (Marketing → BD → Sales → Operations)Build executive dashboards and reporting for weekly, monthly, and board-level cadenceSupport annual planning through modeling, insights, and strategic recommendationsOwn CRM architecture (Salesforce) and broader revenue tech stackOptimize marketing automation, data hygiene, and attribution frameworksImplement scalable processes for deal tracking, contracting, and revenue recognitionEvaluate and deploy tools to increase visibility and efficiency across GTM teamsStandardize opportunity stages, qualification frameworks, and pipeline governanceDrive deal review rigor and inspection cadenceImprove solicitation intake and new deal qualification processesReduce friction across Marketing, BD, Sales, and EngineeringIncrease win rates and shorten sales cycles through data-driven improvementsAnalyze conversion rates, CAC, LTV, sales velocity, and expansion metricsIdentify bottlenecks and growth levers across enterprise and government sales cyclesSupport pricing and packaging decisions with data-backed insightsServe as the connective tissue between Finance, Marketing, BD, and LeadershipSupport compensation planning and incentive designEnsure seamless handoffs from sale to delivery and customer expansionSkills8–12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM StrategyProven experience scaling revenue in high-growth environmentsDeep, hands-on Salesforce expertise (certifications preferred)Advanced proficiency with marketing automation tools (Marketo strongly preferred)Experience building and managing a modern revenue tech stackStrong forecasting, modeling, and pipeline analytics capabilitiesStrong executive presence and communication skillsHigh comfort operating in ambiguity and building from zero to oneExperience supporting complex enterprise and/or government sales cyclesBenefits100% Employer paid Health, Dental and Vision Insurance for you and your familiesLife Insurance (Employer Paid)Ability to participate in the companies 401k program (Matching)Unlimited PTO policy with an enforced 2 week minimumEquity PackageWork / Home Office StipendGlobal Entry16 Week Paid Parental LeaveMonthly Health and Wellness StipendCompany OverviewHavoc is the leader in all-domain collaborative autonomy.
