[Remote] Director of Revenue Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Coker is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to architect and operationalize the commercial engine across the Acuvance platform. This role will drive revenue predictability, pricing discipline, compensation strategy, and commercial governance, while partnering with various leaders in the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting and sales compensation.ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with FP&A, own the end-to-end revenue forecasting process across pipeline, bookings, and revenueEstablish structured forecasting cadence and accountability framework with Consulting Service Area leadersDevelop forecasting models and identify risk/gap mitigation strategiesAnalyze and establish dashboards to track pipeline health, stage progression, and conversion metricsImprove forecast accuracy and visibility into revenue performanceDesign, administer, and optimize commission and incentive plans aligned with growth and margin objectivesModel financial impact and behavioral outcomes of compensation structuresPartner with Finance and HR to ensure accurate calculation, accrual, and payoutImplement governance and audit controls around compensation programsLead pricing evaluation and optimization effortsAnalyze price realization, discounting trends, and margin performanceEstablish pricing governance and approval thresholdsDrive discipline in proposal and deal structuring processesPartner with Finance to evaluate margin impactDesign and refine deal approval processes and controlsBalance speed-to-close with margin protection and contractual disciplineStandardize commercial terms and approval thresholdsIdentify and remove bottlenecks in the deal cycleStructure and optimize sales territories and coverage modelsConduct quota and capacity modeling to support growth targetsPartner with leadership on headcount and coverage planningDevelop dashboards and reporting to support executive decision-makingIdentify automation and systems improvements to increase operational efficiencyDevelop frameworks to drive cross-sell and expansion across service linesAlign incentives to support platform integration and multi-service adoptionMonitor expansion performance and revenue contributionUnderstand nature of service offerings in order to help drive cross-sell strategy in partnership with leadershipPartner with Acuvance leadership and our investors to identify, design, and execute on strategic initiatives related to our Centers of Excellence across the companyOwn the planning and execution of high-impact strategic projects aligned to the company’s growth and value creation agendaOwn and manage the company’s Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework to align strategic priorities with execution across the platformSkills7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or related fieldsExperience designing and managing sales compensation plans and forecasting modelsStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExperience with CRM systems and BI toolsDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersHigh ownership mindset with a track record of building and scaling processesComfort operating both strategically and tactically in a growth environmentCompany OverviewWe collaborate with hospitals and health systems nationwide, including community and rural providers, to enhance operational stability, foster financial performance, and promote long-term sustainability.
