[Remote] Director of Revenue Marketing

The Head of Revenue Marketing will focus on driving demand generation and transforming go-to-market strategies into a scalable, AI-powered pipeline engine, ensuring full-funnel accountability while collaborating with Sales Leadership and RevOps.ResponsibilitiesManage multi-channel demand generation strategies across digital, events, ABM, partner, and outbound channelsLeverage AI-driven audience segmentation, intent data, and predictive modeling to improve targeting and conversionOrchestrate full-funnel campaigns with product marketing managers using automation and agentic workflows to increase speed, scale, and personalizationWork closely with the BDR management team to optimize outreach strategies and use AI-assisted insights to drive pipeline progression and efficiency improvementsTrack and report on channel mix success using performance data, CAC efficiency, and AI-based recommendationsOwn funnel performance through SQO (Inquiry → MQL → SQO)Deploy AI models and analytics to identify bottlenecks, leakage points, and conversion opportunities in real timeUtilize agentic tools to autonomously surface insights, recommend actions, and trigger optimizations across the funnelEstablish standardized funnel definitions, governance, and performance benchmarksWork with the Martech, internal agency and product marketing teams to integrate AI tools (predictive scoring, generative content, conversational AI, data enrichment, intent platforms)Work with the Martech, internal agency and product marketing teams to deploy agentic workflows that automate campaign execution, lead routing, scoring, and reportingEnsure data integrity, unified customer view, and seamless system interoperabilityDefine and manage multi-touch attribution models enhanced by AI for more accurate revenue mappingPartner with Sales and RevOps to build forecasting models and pipeline coverage frameworksEstablish shared accountability for pipeline generation and revenue outcomesUse predictive analytics to anticipate pipeline gaps and proactively adjust programsParticipate in executive forecasting cadences with data-backed insights and scenario modelingDefine models for AI-driven lead scoring, routing, and next-best-action frameworks for in-life clientsOptimize in-life engagement through personalization engines and behavior-triggered campaignsContinuously refine lead management processes with automation and agent-based orchestration for in-life client baseEstablish a rigorous reporting cadence supported by real-time dashboards and insights including performance alertsEnforce SLAs across Marketing, BDR, and Partner channel team with automated monitoring and escalation workflowsDeliver executive-level performance reporting with clear diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and recommended actionsIdentify and redesign manual, fragmented marketing processes into automated, AI-driven workflowsBuild and deploy agentic systems that can: Execute campaign tasks autonomously, Monitor funnel health and trigger interventions, Recommend budget allocation and channel optimization across channels, Work with Product Marketing and the Internal Agency to generate and test content variations at scaleEstablish a culture of continuous improvement through AI experimentation and rapid iterationEvaluate and pilot emerging AI tools to maintain a competitive advantage in demand generationSkills8+ years in B2B marketing with deep expertise in demand generation and revenue marketingProven track record of building predictable pipeline engines in SMB and mid-market environmentsHands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools (predictive analytics, generative AI, conversational AI, intent platforms)Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Dynamics, Outreach, etc.)Strong understanding of data architecture, attribution modeling, and revenue analyticsDemonstrated success in driving process transformation through automation and AIOperates with a revenue-first mindset with accountability to pipeline and revenue outcomesChange agent capable of leading AI transformation across marketing teamsStrong cross-functional collaborator
