This role involves using pricing, promotion, trade investment, mix management, and analytics to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the company’s revenue growth strategy across channels, customers, and product portfoliosLead pricing, promotion, trade investment, and pack/portfolio architecture initiatives to improve revenue and marginBuild and maintain revenue models, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reporting to support decision-makingPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Strategy teams to align plans and prioritiesIdentify revenue opportunities, evaluate scenarios, and recommend actions to improve net sales and gross profitEstablish guardrails, policies, and governance for pricing and revenue managementLead cross-functional projects and support process improvement across revenue management workflowsCoach and develop team members while driving a culture of accountability and performanceSkills15+ years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, or related rolesStrong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planningProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across functionsExperience in consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or similar commercial environmentsCompany OverviewAt Squadron Pharmaceuticals, we believe that every breakthrough in healthcare begins with a commitment to quality and innovation.
