[Remote] Director of Provider Recruiting and Engagement

The role involves sourcing and placing healthcare providers, leading the Provider Concierge team, and overseeing provider engagement programming to enhance retention and support for clinical staff.ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, psychiatrists, and behavioral health providers for correctional healthcare programs at local and state government facilitiesManage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing and outreach through offer acceptance and credentialing handoffDevelop and maintain an active candidate pipeline using direct outreach, professional networks, medical associations, and specialty job boardsBuild recruitment plans for specific sites in partnership with medical directors and operations leadersSpeak knowledgeably with candidates about compensation, collaboration agreements, credentialing timelines, scheduling, and what working in a correctional setting actually looks likeTrack pipeline metrics and report regularly to leadership on progress, market conditions, and recruiting trendsLead the Provider Concierge team, which exists to make sure providers have what they need to be successful once they join NaphCareOversee provider employee engagement programming in partnership with HRPartner with clinical education and training teams to ensure provider development programs are practical, relevant to the correctional environment, and consistent with what candidates are told during the recruiting processSkills7 or more years of healthcare recruiting experience, with significant time spent placing physicians and advanced practice providersWorking knowledge of provider compensation models, state collaboration agreement requirements, and credentialing processesExperience leading a team or managing a program in a healthcare settingBachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plusAbility to travel 25 to 35 percentExperience recruiting in correctional healthcare or a similarly complex clinical environment strongly preferredCCHP credential preferredBenefitsHealth, dental & vision insurance that starts day one!Prescriptions free of charge through our health plan, beginning day one!Lowest Cost Benefits!Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services401K and Roth with company contribution that starts day one!Tuition AssistanceReferral bonusesTerm life insurance at no cost to the employeeGenerous paid time off & paid holidaysFree continuing education and CMEsCompany OverviewAt NaphCare, we believe in innovating to improve lives.
