The Director of Product Management, Billing & Collections will lead the strategy and roadmap for the billing and revenue lifecycle platform, driving innovation in subscription billing, invoicing, and payment recovery.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product vision and roadmap for ABC Fitness’s Billing & Collections productsOwn the end-to-end strategy for ABC Billing capabilities, including subscription billing, invoicing, collections, and payment recoveryLead and develop a high-performing team of product managers responsible for billing and revenue platform capabilitiesModernize ABC’s billing infrastructure to support high-volume recurring transactions, global payments, and scalable commerce APIsPartner with leading fintech and payment providers including Stripe, Worldpay, GoCardless, JP Morgan, and major card networks to expand ABC’s global payment capabilitiesDrive innovation in subscription monetization, pricing models, and automated collections workflowsPartner with engineering, finance, risk, legal, and GTM teams to deliver innovative, scalable revenue solutionsLaunch new commerce and fintech capabilities, including embedded payments and value-added financial servicesUse customer insights, analytics, and market trends to prioritize roadmap investments and optimize revenue outcomesSkills10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product teams in SaaS, fintech, or paymentsDeep expertise in subscription billing, payment platforms, or revenue lifecycle systemsStrong understanding of billing systems and processes, including pricing, invoicing, collections, tax, accounting, ledgers and financial integrationsStrong technical acumen across APIs, SaaS platforms, and enterprise architecturesProven track record delivering enterprise-scale SaaS platforms and high-impact product strategiesExcellent communication and executive presence with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiencesBenefitsTime Off – with our open PTO policy, we offer flexibility in how and when you take PTO!Days of Disconnect – once a quarter, we take a collective breather and enjoy a day off together around the globe. #oneteamParental & Pawternity Leave – we offer leave for when your family grows by two feet or four paws!Best Life Perk – we are committed to meeting you wherever you are in your fitness journey with a quarterly reimbursementMedical/Dental/Vision coverageEAP – we get you help when you need it.
