They are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product definition for their SaaS platform, focusing on creating precise requirements and building a strong PM team.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product requirements function — establish frameworks, templates, and review standards for business requirements documents (BRDs), product requirement documents (PRDs), and user stories that are designed from the ground up for AI-assisted and senior-developer executionWrite and review high-fidelity requirements — produce business requirements and user stories with the level of context, edge-case coverage, acceptance criteria, and constraint documentation needed to drive defect-free, first-pass implementationLead AI-assisted product workflows — leverage LLMs and AI-powered PM tools to accelerate requirement drafting, story decomposition, acceptance criteria generation, and gap analysis.
