The Director of Product Management for Shoppable Media is responsible for the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful product strategies.ResponsibilitiesOwn the multi-quarter vision and roadmap for Shoppable Media, aligned to client outcomes, market intelligence, and company strategySet goals, manage product scorecards, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholdersDefine clear quarterly investment priorities, including what will and will not be builtUse client demand, churn risk, QBR feedback, and market signals to drive prioritizationBalance new development with iteration, protecting engineering focus and ensuring delivery to completionCoach and develop product managers across discovery, definition, and deliveryBuild strong roadmap communication and decision-making discipline across the teamLead a structured discovery process informed by client feedback, QBRs, competitive analysis, and GTM insightsIdentify market opportunities, client pain points, and signals tied to churn and expansionPartner cross-functionally to ensure product decisions balance business, customer, and technical needsStay current on AI commerce trends and relevant partnership or integration opportunitiesTranslate market and client needs into clear PRDs, briefs, and success metricsPartner with engineering and design to test concepts, prototypes, and POCsWork with GTM to shape product positioning, messaging, and launch readiness materialsPartner with engineering to deliver new capabilities with clear requirements, tradeoffs, and acceptance criteriaSupport successful launches and drive adoption across the client baseManage the product lifecycle across launches, iterations, and sunset decisionsUse post-launch adoption and business outcome data to inform improvements and accountabilitySkills7+ years in product management, including 3+ years owning a product area or business line in B2B SaaS3+ years managing product managers or associate PMsTrack record of turning client and market signals into roadmaps that improve retention and ARRExperience in B2B SaaS; B2B2C and enterprise experience preferredBackground in commerce, retail media, martech, or a related spaceStrong prioritization, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skillsExperience working with GTM teams and Agile product developmentStrong executive presence and ability to influence across functionsExperience with shoppable media, retail attribution, or where-to-buy productsFamiliarity with AI-commerce trends, including LLM discoverability and agentic shoppingBackground in CPG, consumer electronics, or household goodsUnderstanding of digital marketing and attribution ecosystemsExperience with tools like Gong, Pendo, Salesforce, and analytics platformsCompany OverviewGrowth shouldn’t be guesswork.
