[Remote] Director of Operations, Valves and Electrical Services

The Director of Operations for Valves and Electrical Services will ensure effective stakeholder management for valve maintenance services while fostering a safety-conscious work environment and maintaining operational oversight.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain positive relations with client executive and plant management - ensuring client needs are met including project milestones, performance (safety, quality, human performance), production (schedule, productivity metrics), financial and fiscal responsibilitiesSupport and foster a safety conscious work environment where all employees understand reporting options and opportunities for safety and work-related concerns.
