G&E Partners is a nationally recognized infrastructure and transportation construction organization seeking a Senior Director of Construction Operations to provide strategic leadership across high-profile projects in the United States. This executive-level role focuses on enhancing operational performance, driving profitability, and ensuring the successful delivery of major construction initiatives.ResponsibilitiesProvide executive oversight for multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring successful execution across safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectivesMaintain full P&L for project portfolio, including profitability, forecasting, margin management, and overall operational excellenceBuild and maintain trusted relationships with clients, owners, partners, and key stakeholders at the executive levelLead risk management initiatives, contract administration strategies, and governance processes across assigned projectsReview and approve major budget modifications, change management strategies, and dispute resolution approachesEvaluate contractual and operational risks during both preconstruction and active construction phasesMentor and develop project executives, project managers, and senior field leaders while building organizational bench strength and succession plansPartner with executive leadership to align project delivery strategies with broader business objectivesSkillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experienceMinimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience within heavy civil, transportation, infrastructure, or large-scale construction environmentsDemonstrated success overseeing multiple complex projects and geographically dispersed teamsCompany OverviewG&E Partners provides executive search and consulting services in the life sciences, commercial construction, and civil engineering sectors.
