[Remote] Director of National Accounts - Growth Channels

The Director of National Accounts - Growth Channels will lead a team to enhance partnerships and drive sales growth through strategic collaboration across various departments.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of National Account Manager direct reportsDevelop and execute strategies within the Growth Channels Team to elevate operator partnerships and exceed annual revenue/volume and profit KPIsCollaborate with Marketing, Insights, R&D, S&OP and Finance to launch new custom products and increase velocities with existing skusWork with Pricing, Finance and Category Marketing to understand product and customer margins and expand profitability accordinglyPrepare and deliver sales and marketing presentations by establishing plans for customer interface, determining sales objectives, developing a presentation outline, compiling required data and information, making presentations, following up on resulting issues or opportunities and evaluating resultsNegotiate new and renew existing customer contracts to maximize shareholder value for CHG in conjunction with cross-functional stakeholdersResponsible for annual budget process for NA Growth ChannelsPartner with National Accounts VP to represent the Growth Channels + Canada elevating insights, challenges and opportunities for growthEnsure sales opportunities are captured accurately and are kept up to date in the pipeline tool and communicated across the organizationAttend trade shows and customer events as necessary / requiredExecute all required paperwork in a timely fashionPerform all other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree10+ years of related experienceStrong track record of winning and growing strategic accounts with $10M of new businessProficient use of computer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related applications or softwareDemonstrated leadership and possesses the ability to develop cross-functional relationships, with our Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Purchasing, Innovation / R&D, Customer Service and Quality Assurance departmentsMust have deep experience managing C-store accounts as well as familiarity with Canadian National Accounts/Away from Home market and customersExperience commercializing custom products with National FS AccountsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively with diverse groups of associates and customers ranging from entry level to executive level positionsAbility to manage multiple tasks, often with competing deadlinesAbility to prioritize projects and clearly communicate direction internally and externallyBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionFlexible savings accountHealth savings account401K matching savings planEmployee assistance programWellness programsLife insuranceAD&D insuranceDisability insuranceTuition reimbursementStudent loan counselingEmployee referral programPaid time offAnd more!Company OverviewSan Antonio-headquartered C.H.
