They are seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to serve as a strategic integrator, responsible for optimizing marketing systems, launching campaigns, and managing operational analytics to drive growth.ResponsibilitiesYou own the GoHighLevel (GHL) environmentYou are responsible for the architecture of our funnels, automated email/SMS nurtures, and CRM hygieneYou take high-level creative direction and launch campaigns from A to Z across LinkedIn, Meta, and EmailYou use AI to repurpose core content into high-converting copy and assetsYou build and monitor dashboards to track CPA, Lead Quality, and Sales Rep productivity, providing the CEO with the data needed to make informed pivotsYou make recommendations as to the optimal directionYou identify, hire, and manage specialized freelancers (video editors, designers, etc.) to ensure 10/10 quality and deadline adherenceYou conduct deep-dive research into investor psychology and competitor moves to ensure our messaging remains sharp and effectiveSkillsExperience in building, optimizing, or managing CRM workflows, automations, lead scoring systems, reporting dashboards, or marketing infrastructure hands-onDirect responsibility for KPIs and metrics in previous marketing roles, including actual campaign or funnel metrics tracked regularlyAdvanced use of AI in marketing workflows, reporting, automations, campaign execution, or operational processesExperience with GoHighLevel (GHL) environmentExperience launching campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and EmailAbility to conduct deep-dive research into investor psychology and competitor movesCompany OverviewAlign Ventures offers venture investment services to startups in the consumer brands and retail technology sectors.
